Delivery & Growth Lead focuses on support communities of practice for skill development.

What the role involves

• Support Communities of Practice for skill development.
• Day-to-day Support: Provide typical line management support for people processes such as approvals for holiday, sick leave, and expenses.
• Support to integrate into their team and OVO's culture.
• Recruitment & Onboarding (as needed): Participate in engineering recruitment, assessing skills and cultural alignment. Ensure new team members receive effective onboarding, mentors.

Skills and requirements

• Be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%.

• Drive continuous improvement across our tech delivery lifecycle, working closely with Product.
• Lead on delivery rhythms, spot and remove systemic blockers, and help standardise how we work across teams.
• Initially, you'll collaborate to lead a team of approximately 25 individuals within our Technology and Product functions, all while ensuring everyone receives a high-quality, perso.
