Delivery Manager IM focuses on ensure actions are closed out in a timely fashion.

What the role involves

• Ensure actions are closed out in a timely fashion.
• Manager, and PD/DI’s. Implement the plans by liaising with training and rostering departments.
• Liaise with the Freight Operations Standards department to ensure staff trainings, competence, and assessments are managed and maintained up to date.
• Liaise with control for real time operations of all train services in the designated region.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders by all available communication devices and means.
• Attend customer performance and contract review meetings when required.

Candidate fit

• Develop an array of different skills and experience.
• Have a basic familiarisation and/or interest in traction, rolling stock and the wider railway industry.
