What the role involves

• Provide best-in-class service by pioneering new products and offerings in the last mile delivery space.
• · Leading strategic programs and initiatives that will drive our DSP payments program, directly shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe.
• · Developing processes and mechanisms that address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.
• Develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
• · Conducting root cause analysis that allows us to understand the financial health of our delivery partners.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
