What the role involves

• Ensure the Delivered Department is compliant with Company policy and procedures, taking a consistent approach with all team members.
• Ensure important management information is communicated out to all relevant team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all colleagues and customers, reporting any Health &Safety concerns to the Store Management team.
• Drive brand image through knowledge of product, excellent customer service and by ensuring that company guidelines are followed at all times.
• Supporting the delivery manager in ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and legally compliant.
• Plan and co-ordinate to ensure all tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.

Additional role context

• This is a Full Time role for 38 hours per week, twilight hours.
• Shifts could be anywhere between and and may include weekend work, to be flexible.
