This Chef de Partie role with Dormy House Hotel & Spa is focused on 30 days holiday (rising to 35 after 5 years). It would suit someone who can bring be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do to the role.
Who the work supports
Dormy House is home to 3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden and our Michelin-featured chef’s table, MO. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

- 🚗 You will need your own transport due to our rural location (WR12 7LF), unless you are living Onsite.
