You’ll be joining us at our Lancaster practice. We have surgery space available 5 days a week.

  • 12 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment including IOS scanners, Intra oral cameras and more
  • Supportive and experienced team with access to a therapist and hygienist
  • Benefitting from a convenient location, with a train station a 10-minute walk away
  • Parking is also available onsite .

  • As one of our innovative training practices, a dedicated NHS clinical supervisor will be supporting up to three dentists in practice, so you will benefit from group learning and peer support as you advance towards obtaining your NHS performer number
  • We offer a competitive financial package to assist with your relocation costs, and if you need sponsorship to work in the UK, we can provide a Health and Care Worker visa where your spouse and dependents can also be included
  • Through our in-house Academy you will attend a comprehensive induction introducing you to UK dentistry 
  • Our in-house Academy offers training and development opportunities, both online and hands on, giving you the freedom to grow your skills and your career
  • Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your practice, for support to develop your career and grow your revenue
  • Good future earnings potential from an NHS and private mix that’s right for you, especially a 50% revenue split on all private work
