Department Manager

This Department Manager opportunity is built around assisting the Store Manager in identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression. Role overview

This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week in our Regent St store. Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.

Main responsibilities

Assisting the Store Manager in identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression. Supporting recruitment and ensuring induction and training of new starters is carried out. Analysing selling information and working with the store manager to maximise the sales performance of your department.

• Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience.
• You stay up to date with the latest trends/customer needs/competitor activity and put forward ideas on how to maximise selling and the customer experience.
