Support the Service Manager by overseeing daily activities, supervising a team of six (including agency staff), and taking full operational responsibility when required. As Deputy Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the centre.

- Leading, supervise, and support a team providing day-to-day care and learning opportunities.
- Driving continuous improvement and uphold high standards in line with legislation and best practice.
- Supporting the management of budgets, health & safety, and service development.
Technical requirements
- At least 2 years’ management or supervisory experience (including team meetings, performance reviews, and service planning).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- Health & Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent).
