- Supporting the overall management of clinic operations and clinical standards.
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and patient scheduling.
- Overseeing audits, stock control, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining high standards of care in line with renal best practice guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Skills and requirements
- Recognised renal qualification/course.
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a dialysis setting.
- Confident managing clinical operations and leading a team.
- Motivated to progress into a Clinic Manager position.
Confirmed role details
- Monday to Saturday shifts (mix of long and short days).
- No nights or Sundays, but includes on-call rota.
