Where someone would start

Managing the contract in line with ABM’s policies, procedures, and client requirements. Overseeing the security, cleaning, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance and consistently high standards of service. Monitoring performance to ensure all teams exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What is expected

  • Proven experience in operations or facilities management, ideally within a multi-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Health & Safety certification (e.g., IOSH or equivalent).
