Deputy General Manager

This Deputy General Manager opportunity is built around overseeing daily hotel operations across Front of House, Accommodation, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Events & Banqueting, Administration, Maintenance and Health Club. Ensure consistently high standards of service, staff presentation, hygiene, cleanliness and operational efficiency. Support KPI delivery, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and rota management.

• Overseeing daily hotel operations across Front of House, Accommodation, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Events & Banqueting, Administration, Maintenance and Health Club.
• Leading management meetings and manage property operations with professionalism and confidence.
• Leading, motivate and mentor department heads and wider teams.

Technical requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy General Manager in a similar hotel environment.
• Good standard of education with a hospitality management qualification and relevant experience.
• Right to work and live in the UK / Northern Ireland (share code required for non‑British/non‑Irish candidates).
