• Working closely with the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business while helping to deliver strategic objectives.
• Leading and coordinating daily business operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Acting as a trusted deputy to the Managing Director, helping to implement business plans.
• Managing and developing teams across multiple functions, creating a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with key customers, confidently handling escalations and resolving complex issues.
