Deputy Kitchen Manager
Job description
As a Sous Chef, the work centres on leading, motivating, and developing all line chefs to support continuing service excellence, safety, and demonstration of company values and culture. It would suit someone who can bring supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations to the role.
Who the work supports
A member of the hotel team will be in touch to book a 15-minute chat so we can get to know you better. To be successful in that role you will have previous experience in managing kitchen operations in compliance with all standards and regulations.

Managing all kitchen-related office administration and third-party contractors.
