Help and support with all aspects of the store opening, including recruitment, onboarding, and Training of the team. Supporting and Assist the Store Manager by working in partnership with the Store Manager and the wider management team to deliver outstanding results. The Deputy Manager will play a key role during the set-up phase and should be flexible to work extended hours where needed to deliver a successful opening.
