Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. Monitoring and improve care quality through audits, observations, and feedback from residents, families, and professionals. Leading, supervise, and motivate staff teams to provide person-centred care in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
