• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the service.

• Supporting care planning, risk assessments and safeguarding processes.
• Leading by example and mentor staff on best practice.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care standards.
• Experience working with young people with EBD.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate.
