- Leading by example and mentor staff on best practice.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care standards.
- Experience working with young people with EBD.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate.
