Job description
As a Support Worker, the work centres on supporting the Registered Manager with the running of the home and manage in their absence. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
We will reward you with £300 if you recommend a new candidate to us who is not already registered and we secure them a role for a minimum of 1 month. We’re looking for someone with proven leadership skills and hands-on experience within the Learning Disability care and support sector.
Main responsibilities
Supporting the Registered Manager with the running of the home and manage in their absence. Managing & supervise the preparation of Person-Centred Care Plans, Review & Assessments, implementing plans with the assistance of the care team. Assess and ensure the quality of care given is of a high standard by supporting the manager to implement processes.

Requirements
- (Ideally) a Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care – willing to work towards a level 5.
- Full, clean driving licence is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working with people with autism, in a work environment.
