Deputy Manger Residential and Respite Care focuses on supporting the registered manager in the day to day running of the home.

What the role involves

• Supporting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
• Supporting staff development through supervise training.
• Assisting with care planning, risk assessments and behaviour strategies.
• Work in partnership with professionals and families.
• Overseeing the launch and ongoing operation of our Residential and Respite Care in Chorley.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum Level 3 diploma in Residential childcare (or Equivalent).
• Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
• Significant experience in children's residential setting.
• Full UK driving license (preferred).
