• Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting.

• Assisting with staff training, development, and performance management.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field (essential).
• Experience working within an early years setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting children’s development.
