- Supporting the Nursery Manager in running the nursery daily.
- Leading and coach staff to maintain consistent practice and standards.
- Monitoring safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance requirements.
- Overseeing room routines, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Maintain relationships with families and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes.
Skills and requirements
- This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- You must have recent experience in a senior nursery role, ideally as Deputy Nursery Manager.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Experience supporting Ofsted preparation or quality improvement.

- Salary £32,000 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent contract.
