As a Deputy Room Leader, the work centres on working along side the Room leader helping to grow and develop the children. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Where someone would start
Working along side the Room leader helping to grow and develop the children. Your role is help provide fun and stimulating activities for the children which will help them develop! Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.

What is expected
- You must have the minimum of a level 3 in Childcare.
- Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.
