Deputy Security Controller

Deputy Security Controller focuses on assisting the personnel security controller with final bpss checks, approving access to areas, processing visitor requests and ivco requests.

What the role involves

• Assisting the Personnel Security Controller with final BPSS checks, approving access to areas, processing visitor requests and IVCO requests.
• Organising regular combination changes, Document checks, mustering, Training, Booking in/ out of asset, movement.
• Logging SALs, and administrating supply chain checks and contracts.
• Ensure employees remain compliant with the conditions of their security clearance obligations via the appropriate ‘aftercare’ process.
• Ensure security requirements are reflected in the company’s processes, as appropriate.
• Managing security of information as defined in the Security manual.

Skills and requirements

• Flexibility to travel within the UK, full driving license.
• Maintain the required level of security clearance.
• A working knowledge of Gov Stan 007 and security policy framework is desirable.
• Must be capable of interpreting the requirements of the Security and Personnel Controllers.

Confirmed role details

• Participation in an Annual Bonus Scheme.

• Due to the nature of our work, you must be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
