Deputy Site Manager

Deputy Site Manager focuses on supporting the delivery of facilities management services in accordance with the site service charter, sla and internal fm strategy.

What the role involves

• Supporting the delivery of facilities management services in accordance with the site service charter, SLA and internal FM strategy.
• Supporting Onsite FM projects as agreed with the Project Team.
• Act as a main point of contact between the customer and service providers day-to-day.
• Supporting with the monitoring and reporting on service level agreements and performance indicators.
• Help to ensure supply partners deliver consistent service and excellent customer interactions.
• Supporting with the tracking of financial performance, ensuring delivery within budget and service requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
