Main responsibilities

Leading with Purpose At The Camden Society, we believe people with a learning disability should be leaders in society. Assisting the Support Manager in leading teams, to deliver person-cantered support that meets regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements. As a Deputy Support Manager you will mentor teams, coach support staff.

Requirements

• ¿ Thera Group will be led by a charity Skills & Experience ¿ Relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above (England) or SCQF 7 or above (Scotland).
• ¿ Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
• ¿ Leadership or coaching experience is desirable.
