Design Engineer

Design Engineer focuses on produce 3d models, technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials using cad software.

What the role involves

• Produce 3D models, technical drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Test teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, including installation and commissioning.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and product development.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in hydraulic system design (e.g. power units, manifolds, valve blocks).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD or similar).
• Experience working from customer specification through to production release.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
