Design Manager

Design Manager focuses on support the delivery of multiple diverse projects that focus on energy reduction and advanced technology and processes.

What the role involves

• Support the delivery of multiple diverse projects that focus on energy reduction and advanced technology and processes.
• This position is a hands-on Project Management role, to manage and co-ordinate the design process.
• Provide solutions to this rapidly expanding industry creating profound efficiencies in horticulture.
• This is a unique opportunity, in an industry of the future, which aims to deliver globally important reductions in food miles and habitat loss.
• Support a diverse design team of specialist engineers.
• This key position will report into the Engineering Director.

Skills and requirements

• Ensuring the delivery of designs on time and to the required industry standards.
• Previous experience of managing design processes.
• Experience of working in a traditional or off-site modular construction or similar manufacturing environment.
• A design background, ideally degree qualified.
