- Define product specifications including materials, finishes and print placements to ensure clarity for suppliers.
- Review samples, ensuring alignment with design intent, quality standards and brand expectations, providing clear feedback and direction.
- Ensure trends are translated into commercially successful products, balancing creativity with profitability and business strategy.
- Identify key product stories and hero items to support commercial planning, storytelling and customer engagement.
- Overseeing colour palettes, materials and finishes, ensuring consistency, continuity and alignment with best-selling product strategies.
Skills and requirements
- Significant experience in home product design and development (e.g. interiors, textiles, home accessories and furniture).
