Where the technical work sits

• Liaise with stakeholders to support the quality complaints process, including root cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Managing project activities end-to-end, ensuring all key stages are tracked, communicated and delivered.
• Maintaining system accuracy, ensuring obsolete materials are correctly managed as new materials are introduced.

Technical requirements

• Experience supporting complaint investigations and resolution processes.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as structural drawings and artwork files.
• Familiarity with FEFCO styles, machine routings, and material compositions.
