Design Studio Assistant
This Design Studio Assistant role is focused on generating Purchase Orders (POs) using internal clients' budget codes and tracking invoices for payment, in coordination with the Design Studio Manager. It would suit someone who can bring be instrumental in the print commissioning process, acting as the primary point of communication between our design team, our colleagues, and our suppliers to the role.

What the role carries
Generating Purchase Orders (POs) using internal clients' budget codes and tracking invoices for payment, in coordination with the Design Studio Manager. Updating and tracking job progress in the project management tool, Asana. Responding to general enquiries to the Design Studio inbox where necessary, and directing stakeholders to the correct designer or member of the team.
