Our client is seeking a motivated and creative Design & Technology ECT to join an inclusive and welcoming secondary school in Salisbury. The Role

• Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4

• Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons

• Supporting pupils with design projects and coursework

• Promoting safe working practices and high standards in workshops

• Developing confident classroom routines and positive behaviour management

• Working closely with experienced colleagues and technicians within the DT department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to qualify as an ECT

• A degree in Design & Technology or a related subject

• The ability to teach DT across KS3 and KS4

• A positive, reflective approach to teaching and learning

• Willingness to take feedback on board and develop professionally

• Good organisational skills and a calm, supportive teaching style
