We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Deskside Support Engineer (L2) with a passion for solving IT challenges and delivering exceptional user experiences. Provide Onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Technical skills and requirements
- This is a fully site-based role supporting a valued enterprise client, including VIP users, where professionalism, technical expertise, and strong communication are essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10/11 and legacy systems).
- Experience with Windows imaging and deployment (SCCM, MDT, or USB imaging).
