What the role involves
- Be a role model and ‘lead from the front’ in terms of demonstrating how to win large net new customers.
- Support team activity for client facing event.
- Support and execute the Commercial South business plan.
- Supporting the BDEs to develop their sales strategy and territory plan for nominated pursuit targets.
- Develop opportunity pipeline against SCC core portfolio within the Commercial Sectors to support performance against revenue and margin targets.
- Maintain relationships with key strategic vendors.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of years IT sales experience is a pre-requisite.
- Proven track record of recruiting, motivating and leading new business sales teams.
- Proven track record of successfully creating and executing compelling sales growth plans.
- Proven track record in exceeding financial and performance targets.
