Experience integrating with ERP, MES, or CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a strong asset. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform, Share.

• Leverage AI tools, predictive analytics to generate insights, identify trends, and support proactive decision-making in operations, logistics, and sales planning.
• Promote digital literacy and adoption by mentoring and supporting teams in the effective use of Power Platform tools and other digital solutions.
• Proven track record of improving operational, supply chain, or commercial performance through digital tools and process automation.

Technical requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
