Own the performance and development of our websites. Improving conversion rates, merchandising, customer journeys and average order value. Own customer retention initiatives including email marketing and lifecycle communications.

Marketing skills and experience

• Shopify or eCommerce platform experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance analysis.
