What the role involves
- Maintain advanced marketing measurement methodologies including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and causal inference frameworks.
- Supporting measurement of product-led growth signals including software adoption, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing performance.
- Build predictive models to forecast marketing performance across paid and organic channels.
- Develop analytical models supporting budget allocation, media mix optimization, and marketing ROI forecasting.
- Design and implement experimentation methodologies to evaluate marketing initiatives.
- Develop frameworks identifying performance trends across paid, organic, and earned.
Skills and requirements
- 6–8 years experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, data science, or quantitative marketing roles.
- Experience working with large marketing and product datasets.
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL or equivalent).
- Experience working with data warehouses and BI platforms (Snowflake, Tableau or equivalent).
