What you would be doing
Leading the use of GA4, GTM, offline conversion data and attribution models to inform decision‑making. Build credible forecasts and performance narratives that support commercial decisions. Gets hands on fixing issues and drive improvement when needed.
What you need
- Managing paid media campaigns, reporting, and task-by-task account priorities across relevant channels.
- 7+ years’ experience, including leadership of freelancers or small teams.
- Deep expertise across core performance channels, with hands‑on ownership of significant budgets (£50k+ per month).
