Renault Swansea seeks a ‘Digital Sales Coordinator’ to join its busy used car sales department.

This will be a full-time permanent role. The selected person will be a confident and articulate individual and the role will involve the dealership’s photography of cars, e-commerce, digital marketing and internet sales leads management as well as forecourt display, movement of cars and vehicle progression through the various stages of our sales process.

Previous motor retail experience is not necessary, however career experience in operating an online retail platform will be advantageous. All candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work the shifts listed below.

Our role will involve Internet/website marketing and hospitality duties that are essential for our dealership’s Used Car Sales Department. Duties include

• Taking professional photos of used car stock vehicles and uploading these + product specifications to our Internet retail website, Autotrader and other vehicle trade portals.
• Taking professional virtual tours of vehicles for upload to our website
• Responding to customer correspondence by email, phone, fax and live chat.
• Keeping up to date with our stock profile and product line-up
• Movement of vehicles to different parts of the dealership, e.g. photography & valeting bays, test drive areas, in-and-out of the showroom, etc.
• Progress-chasing vehicles in preparation for customer handover
• Meeting and greeting customers on their arrival
• Fully supporting the rest of the sales team
• Occasionally carrying out test drives in busy periods

For the purposes of our company insurance, full UK driving licences must have been held for at least one year.
Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates that hold a provisional licence or an automatic-only driving licence.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. Total 45 hours per week.

In return we provide a basic salary of £30,000 pa basic salary.
