  • Deliver training to over 300 users across the department.
  • Assisting with system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements, promoting innovative digital practices.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring systems deliver real-time, reliable data.
  • Analysing application requirements, produce reports, and make recommendations for robust system performance.

Skills and requirements

  • Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
  • Experience in IT system support, maintenance, and development.
  • Proven experience integrating data across multiple systems and databases.
  • Experience supporting users, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
