Analysing user data and engagement metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and continuously optimise the wellbeing programme. Plan and lead live fitness classes (virtual), catering to varying fitness levels and promoting inclusive participation.

What needs to be in place

• A degree (or equivalent UK Level 6 qualification) in Public Health, Health Promotion, Occupational Health, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship management, health and wellbeing consulting, or programme delivery.
• Strong understanding of employers’ health and wellbeing priorities (., mental health, hybrid work, psychosocial risks.
