What the role involves
- Maintain traceability systems and bespoke factory-floor applications & equipment.
- Delivering day-to-day IT support across hardware & software in a high-speed, ever-changing environment.
- Ensure the site's infrastructure is secure, resilient and ready for anything.
- Manage issue tracking through internal systems, ensuring timely resolution.
Skills and requirements
- Provide out-of-hours support when required.
- Proven experience in IT support, ideally in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Networking, Microsoft 365, and VMware is highly advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and hardware-you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Confirmed role details
- 1 x Weekly evening shift pattern, running from 3.30pm to 12am, Monday - Friday.
- 2 x 4 on 4 off from 6am to 6pm.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as travel between sites is required weekly.
