Leading dimensional maturation activities for front and rear closures, including doors, hood, tailgate, and associated interfaces. Own gap & flush performance, ensuring alignment to product and aesthetic targets. Analysing dimensional data to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.

• Proven experience in Dimensional Maturation or Dimensional Engineering within the Automotive sector.
