This role plays a critical part in delivering world‑class gap & flush, closures, and dimensional quality for front and rear end vehicle systems, from early build through to launch. These are the daily concerns of our 15,000 ingenious talents in over 30 countries.

Main responsibilities

Leading dimensional maturation activities for front and rear closures, including doors, hood, tailgate, and associated interfaces. Own gap & flush performance, ensuring alignment to product and aesthetic targets. Analysing dimensional data to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong problem‑solving skills using structured methodologies (, 8D, DMAIC).
