What the role involves

• Collaborate with the Customer Insight team to design and implement structured test-and-learn programmes to evaluate the effectiveness of messaging, creative, timing, and channel mi.
• Analysing tests and campaign performance across all channels, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation, ensuring accurate attribution and performance tracking.
• Leverage audience targeting and segmentation strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Provide channel expertise and strategic input to stakeholders across the business.

Skills and requirements

• Experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns across direct mail, email and mobile.
• Experience of ESPs, personalisation platforms and analytics platforms.
• Ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders of all levels.
• Follow processes to ensure high quality output.

Confirmed role details

• This role is office based in Welwyn Garden City with hybrid working from the office 3 days per week minimum.
• Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
• 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully pa.
