- Supervise all content for global channels, ensuring alignment with corporate and scientific narratives.
- Oversee governance and policy setting for all corporate communications channels globally.
- Collaborate with Stakeholder Management to evaluate and sign off briefs with strategic rigor.
- Steer development processes ensuring projects are delivered on time, scope and within budget.
- Overseeing prioritization and resource allocation across global channel operations.
- Ensure effective global implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Skills and requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related fields.
- At least 5 years' experience leading a channel delivery group with accountability for strategy, quality, budget, and timelines.
- Experience developing and executing channel strategies across web, social, and paid media.
- Experience managing budgets within media/channel delivery contexts.
Candidate fit
- Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Additional role context
- This role is responsible for leading the overall global channel delivery of the Content & Owned Media Group.
- Strong technical understanding of channel production techniques and digital tools (including AI).
