  • Supervise all content for global channels, ensuring alignment with corporate and scientific narratives.
  • Oversee governance and policy setting for all corporate communications channels globally.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholder Management to evaluate and sign off briefs with strategic rigor.
  • Steer development processes ensuring projects are delivered on time, scope and within budget.
  • Overseeing prioritization and resource allocation across global channel operations.
  • Ensure effective global implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Skills and requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years' experience leading a channel delivery group with accountability for strategy, quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience developing and executing channel strategies across web, social, and paid media.
  • Experience managing budgets within media/channel delivery contexts.

Candidate fit

  • Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Additional role context

  • This role is responsible for leading the overall global channel delivery of the Content & Owned Media Group.
  • Strong technical understanding of channel production techniques and digital tools (including AI).
  • Demonstrated success leading multi‑stakeholder, multinational projects.
