• Develop future leaders, and make a lasting impact on the direction of the practice.
• Leading and overseeing complex, high‑risk employment tax advisory engagements.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders, boards, and committees.
• Driving business development, including originating new work, expanding existing relationships, and increasing market presence.
• Shaping and executing the Employment Tax growth strategy alongside partners.
• Identifying and developing new service offerings in response to client and market needs.
