Director of Construction & Technical focuses on develop a high-performing team of technical project managers and construction project managers.

What the role involves

• Develop a high-performing team of Technical Project Managers and Construction Project Managers.
• Provide strategic direction across all technical and construction activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the technical design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of renewable energy projects.
• Maintaining responsibility for all technical aspects of project delivery from detailed design through to handover.

Skills and requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, preferably with an Electrical focus.
• Significant experience delivering utility scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical and project delivery teams.
