Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior finance and/or business support role, reporting to a Chief Executive or Board, with overall responsibility for Finance, IT, Risk, Gover.
• Experience of leading organisational improvement, digital or business transformation, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance, business continuity, and risk frameworks.
