Leading the global finance team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance, professional development, and succession planning. Driving and oversee the group financial reporting process, including the preparation of accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and the roll-up from group companies. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks, including leading the internal audit team.
