• Support the Board and itsmittees, Executive Directors, and senior stakeholders across the wider group.
• Alongside your legal responsibilities, you will act aspany Secretary, overseeing statutory obligations,ernance processes, Board administration, andmittee support.

Skills and requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor, and significant post-qualification experience inmercial law, ideally gained within financial services or another highly regulated sector.
• Proven experience operating aspany Secretary, supporting Boards andmittees withernance,pliance, and best practice.
• Strong working knowledge of data protection and GDPR, including hands-on implementation and risk management.
• Experience overseeing insurance portfolios and supporting broaderpliance functions.
