- Craft and execute the organization's R&D strategy, collaborating with headquarters to steer, delineate, and oversee the realization of forthcoming technology roadmap and the broade.
- Partner with project managers, design leads, process architects, and process engineers to devise and construct viable project plans that meet customer expectations.
- Guide, nurture, and inspire an expanding team of diverse, highly skilled R&D engineers and specialists, committed to creating industry-leading optoelectronic devices.
Technical requirements
- Requires at least a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering).
- Considerable leadership expertise within a research setting, demonstrated by a history of securing and executing successful optoelectronic research initiatives.
- A solid understanding of III-V semiconductor device physics, characterisation and process.
